We understand that our clients cannot always make it to the clinic, sometimes due to work and even due to pain. PAYMENT POLICY

A Deposit needs to be made online or via phone payment before appointment is confirmed and secured.

Full payment is taken in clinic after the treatment, in the case of no treatment is indicated, no further payment is needed

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of a booked appointment, will be non-refundable

All call outs must be fully paid for before a clinician travels to clients residence or work place.

No wax, no treatment fee. If no wax impaction is present, a £30/£40 consultation fee applies
